‘The Real Housewives Of Salt Lake City’ Season 4: What To Know

[ad_1]

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City are *officially* coming back for another sure-to-be bizarre and drama-filled season of reality television. And I, for one, can’t wait. While everyone is still parsing through the chaos of the season 3 reunion, Utah’s first ladies are already gearing up for season 4 with snowflakes in hand.

If you haven’t been glued to the TV for the latest season, here are some highlights: Whitney Rose went on a healing journey after resurfacing childhood trauma, cousins Whitney and Heather Gay are on the outs for reasons that remain a bit fuzzy, and Heather’s mysterious black eye was the result of a long night of drinking that she doesn’t really remember. So…also fuzzy.

That’s not all, though. Former BFFs Lisa Barlow and Meredith Marks are still fighting (understandably so, as Lisa did have a pretty bad hot mic moment during season 2). And Jen Shah was officially sentenced to prison time for her role in a telemarketing scam that targeted the elderly. She’s set to serve a 6.5-year sentence starting in February.

This all leaves us at the present day, where the ladies are geared up and ready for a brand new season. While the cast hasn’t said a whole lot about what will go down, there are a few details you should know right now. Here’s the deal:

Who is returning for season 4?

It seems the crew is (mostly) getting back together again for season 4, so expect to see familiar faces like Meredith Marks, Heather Gay, Whitney Rose, and Lisa Barlow back on the screen. However, a source told Page Six that Bravo held auditions in the fall of 2022, so there may be some fresh faces on the screen come season 4.

And while Andy Cohen hasn’t announced the full cast yet, he did leave a little hint on his Sirius XM show Radio Andy.

“We have excellent casting for next season…I’m feeling good,” he shared, per Newsweek.

Then, of course, there are the “friends” of the housewives, three of whom played pretty big roles this past season. Angie Katsanevas, Angie Harrington, and Danna Bui-Negrete haven’t been confirmed as returning for season 4, but stay tuned for more updates on that front.

Who isn’t returning for season 4?

After a truly bizarre run of it, Jen is going to prison. So, presumably, she will not be a part of season 4. If RHONJ queen Teresa Guidice can’t get Bravo to film beyond bars, the odds don’t look good for Jen, either.

Who might be joining the cast?

While it’s hard to say for sure what happened at the auditions, Page Six’ssource did say three new women might be joining the cast.

There are also rumors that former housewife Mary Cosby could be coming back. And if she really is making a return, everyone is in for a special treat. This woman is chaotic, brings the drama, films 75 percent of her scenes in her closet, and everyone just loves watching what happens when she’s around.

Mary was a no-show at the season 2 reunion, and then never reappeared for season 3. At the time, it was unclear if she didn’t want to face tough question at the reunion or just left for some other reason. And she still hasn’t weighed in on the debate, so let’s just table that for now.

When does filming start?

Since Part II of the season 3 reunion only just dropped, filming likely won’t begin for a bit. There is no definitive answer to this yet, so stay tuned!

When will ‘RHOSLC’ season 4 air?

Rumor has it the Salt Lake City housewives will be back on everyone’s screens in late 2023, but only time will tell.

Until then, keep checking in for the latest and greatest on your favorite chaotic Utah crew.
