There is a huge disparity in retirement savings in America. According to recent studies, on average, white Americans have seven times the retirement savings of Black Americans, and five times the savings of Latino retirees. TIAA CEO Thasunda Duckett has made finding ways to close these gaps and secure the retirement futures for all TIAA’s customers a critical part of her company’s mission.
